The Just Margin
Straight answers, in plain words, to the questions restaurant owners ask us first. If yours is not here, ask it in the form below: every email is answered within one business day, by the person who builds and runs the system.
Nothing. Your pilot runs for 30 days, free, in your own restaurant, on your own page. You decide whether the system earns its place while it costs you nothing at all.
Start with a free 30-day trial. After that, the choice is yours: sign, or walk away. No subscription. We take 7% of the direct sales we bring you. 7% of zero is zero. And we cap it at $499 a month, where others keep taking. Your first payment only falls due 30 days after you sign.
The big delivery apps take 15 to 30% of every order, on every sale, with no cap: on a $100 order, that is $15 to $30 gone before you have paid for the food. We take 7% of the direct sales we bring you, capped at $499 a month. And in a month where the system brings you no direct sales, you pay $0.
No. Nothing is imposed, and none of your habits have to change. The system plugs into your kitchen the way it already runs: orders arrive on a screen, your team works as it always has, and you keep hold of your own menu and prices.
Not at all. If you already have a website, the ordering module plugs into it. If you do not, we build you a simple page during the pilot, at no extra charge, and it is yours.
You do. Your customer data belongs to your restaurant, and so do your website and your pages. If you ever leave, you keep all of it: the system stops, your house stays yours.
Yes. Each module, the central system and the in-room experience alike, can be stopped on 30 days' notice. There is no lock-in to escape from, and leaving costs you nothing beyond the notice itself.
No app, for you or for your guests: everything runs in the browser. The kitchen screen is a web page that works on a tablet you already own. If you would rather we supply one, a tablet is available at $279.
Yes. When you switch it on, a courier delivers under your own name, as part of your own service, and the delivery is charged at the exact cost, nothing added. Pickup stays there for guests who prefer to come to you.
It belongs to the optional in-room module. A tent card on the table opens your menu on the guest's phone, and your signature dishes can be turned and explored in 3D before ordering, right in the browser, nothing to download. The module is separate from the central system: take it, leave it, or add it later.
About an hour after the meal, your guest receives a friendly message: an invitation to leave a Google review, and their loyalty points. The points are given freely with every direct order, and they are never traded for a review: the review is asked for honestly, and the points are simply yours to give.
Our work comes with its own vocabulary. Here is what each word means, in simple terms, and only for services we actually provide.
Search Engine Optimization. The work that helps your restaurant show up high, and with the right information, when people search on Google, both in the results list and on the map.
Answer Engine Optimization. The newer layer on top of SEO: your information is written so clearly, in short direct answers, that Google's featured snippets, AI Overviews and voice assistants can quote your restaurant as the answer.
Generative Engine Optimization. The newest layer: being the restaurant that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot recommend when someone asks them where to eat or order from.
Ordering by scanning a small square code with a phone camera. The code opens your menu on the guest's own phone, at the table or anywhere else, and the guest orders in a few taps. No app to download.
Your dishes, modelled in 3D from your photos, that guests can turn around, zoom in on, and place on their own table through the phone camera, right in the browser. WebAR simply means augmented reality that runs on the web, with nothing to install.
Your guests earn points with every direct order, on a rewards grid you set during your pilot, and those points give them reasons to come back. Points are given freely, and they are never traded for a review.
When a guest has gone quiet for a while, the system reaches out with a friendly message and a reason to return, automatically, on the channels that guest chose. You approve the messages; the system sends them.
Short text messages sent through your own page, only to guests who agreed to receive them: a new dish, a slow-night offer, a thank-you with loyalty points. Every message carries a simple way to stop them.
The short report you receive every month, in dollars: direct orders, direct sales, guests who ordered again, and new reviews, with every number tied to your own orders and checked against your records.
Our demonstration restaurant is live. Fill in the form, and we will email you the link: you can place an order, watch it reach the kitchen screen, and see the follow-ups and the monthly report for yourself.
